Our company was founded in December 1997 as a non-governmental organization, on the initiative of the City Council of Tarnów and the American Foundation for Housing Cooperatives CHF (Cooperative Housing Foundation) – the Agency for the Promotion of Housing Initiatives. In 2004, AWIM changed its way of doing business into a limited partnership. From 2014 our company works with projects as AWIM Deweloper sp. z o.o. sp.k.
Since 1997 we build multi-family buildings as well as single and family houses in Tarnow, Cracow and surrounding areas. Our projects are described as functional, modern, and timeless architecture.
We also provide additional services: property management and brokerage, interior design and fittings, as well as credit intermediation.
