Multi-family building Dwernickiego Street no. 20 in Tarnów.
In 1998 the Agency of Housing Support founded Housing Association “Nad Stawkiem”. Between 1998-2000 together they built two blocks at Dwernickiego Street.  The buildings consists of 4 floors, 72 apartments all together, and space between 41m2 to 62m2. There was also an option of attic adaptation and thus creating a two-floor apartments of nearly 100m2. The buildings were fenced and monitored by a camera system which increased comfort and safety of residents. Taking into account the expectations of the residents, the buildings were built in traditional technology (hollow MAX, 10cm Styrofoam and acrylic plaster, sheet roofing, PVC windows).
